Content Policy

Myopp AI is an adult (18+) anime image-generation service. Adult content is allowed, but some content is strictly forbidden. This Content Policy is part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it can lead to immediate removal of content and termination of your account.
Absolutely prohibited
- Any sexual content involving minors — real or fictional, including “loli/shota” or any depiction of a minor in a sexual context. This is a zero-tolerance rule. Detected attempts are blocked, and confirmed cases are reported to the relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC) as required by law, with the content preserved or removed accordingly.
- Non-consensual content, including depictions of real people in sexual or defamatory contexts, “deepfakes,” and revenge content.
- Content that sexualizes real, identifiable private individuals without consent.
- Content that promotes, incites, or facilitates illegal activity, violence, or harm to others.
How we enforce this
- Prompts (for images and video) are screened before generation, and generated images are screened by an automated safety classifier.
- Every generation gets a content rating (General / Sensitive / Explicit). Explicit images can never be published to the public feed.
- We do our best to block prohibited content, but automated systems are not perfect. Attempting to bypass safety measures is itself a violation.
- We keep records needed to enforce this policy and comply with the law.
Adult (NSFW) content
Adult content depicting fictional adults is permitted for your own private use. Your generations are private to your account by default. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
Posting to the community feed
You can choose to publish a creation to the public Explore feed. The feed is safe-for-work only. By posting you confirm that the image is your own creation, contains no real or apparent minors in any suggestive context, no sexual or explicit content, and does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or likeness. Every post is reviewed before it appears, and we may remove any post at our discretion.
Reporting infringement or abuse
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights or breaks these rules, use the Report button on the post, or email [email protected] with: a link to the content, a description of the issue, and (for copyright) confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We remove valid reports promptly.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing or rule-breaking content will be suspended or terminated.
Changes
We may update this policy and will ask you to review changes before continuing to use the Service.
