Terms of Service

Welcome to Myopp AI (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Content Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & age

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. The Service can generate adult (NSFW) content, and by using it you confirm you are a legal adult in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent age.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings.
• Your username is public; your email address is private and used only for signing in, password resets, and account notices.
• Accounts are currently invite-only and provided as part of a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion removes your account, images, posts, and comments (see the Privacy Policy for details).

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Content Policy, which is part of these Terms. Prohibited content and conduct — including any sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, and impersonation of real people — are strictly forbidden and may be reported to authorities. Attempting to bypass safety systems, scrape the Service, or disrupt it (including automated abuse of generation or community features) is also a violation.

4. AI-generated content

Images and videos are generated by AI models from your prompts and inputs. Output can be unpredictable and may not reflect your intent. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the inputs you upload, and how you use what you generate. Do not rely on generated content as factual. As between you and us, you may use the content you generate for your own purposes; you are responsible for making sure that use is lawful where you live.

5. Community content (posts, comments, likes)

• Publishing to the community feed is optional. Your generations stay private unless you choose to post them.
• By posting, you confirm the content follows the Content Policy (safe-for-work, your own creation, no infringement) and you grant Myopp AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that post within the Service (including to visitors who are not signed in). This license ends when you delete the post, except for cached copies being removed.
• If you enable “Share my prompt & settings” on a post, other users may view and reuse that recipe in their own generations.
• Every post is reviewed before it appears. We may reject, remove, or feature posts at our discretion, and remove comments that break the rules.

6. Credits & purchases

• Generation consumes credits. Free credits (welcome grants, daily rewards) have no cash value and may change at any time.
• When credit purchases are available: purchased credits are prepaid usage credits, not money — they have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and are consumed as you generate. Prices may change; changes never affect credits you already own.
• If a generation fails, the credits it reserved are automatically returned to your balance.
• Refunds of purchases are provided where required by law. Credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

7. Intellectual property & takedowns

You retain your rights in prompts you submit, subject to the licenses needed to operate the Service. Do not generate, upload, or post content that infringes others' intellectual property or likeness rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email [email protected] (or use the Report button on the post) and we will review and remove valid reports promptly. Repeat infringers will be suspended or terminated.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violations of these Terms or the Content Policy. You may stop using the Service — or delete your account — at any time.

9. Service availability, disclaimers & liability

The Service is an independently operated beta, provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind — downtime, data loss, and breaking changes can happen. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will ask you to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use the Service.
