Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Myopp AI (“we”) collects and how we use it. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address (private), a public username, and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). If you enable two-factor authentication, we store its secret and hashed backup codes.
• Generations: the prompts and settings you submit and the images/videos you generate, stored so you can access your library.
• Community activity: your posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, and reports, plus in-app notifications about activity on your posts.
• Credits & orders: your credit balance, generation history, and (when purchases are available) order records. We never see or store card or wallet credentials — payments are handled by the payment provider.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. timestamps, request counts, IP-based rate-limiting data) used to run and protect the Service.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service — generate images, show your library and the community feed, and manage your account and credits.
• To keep the Service safe — prompts and generated images are automatically screened by safety systems to enforce our Content Policy, and community posts are reviewed before they appear.
• To contact you about your account — password resets and important account notices. We don't send marketing email.

3. Private by default, public by choice

Your generations are private to your account, and other users can never see your email address. If you choose to publish a creation to the public Explore feed, that post (the images, the title/description you write, your public username, and — only if you enable “Share my prompt & settings” — the generation settings) becomes visible to others once approved, including visitors who are not signed in. Your likes and comments on public posts are also visible with your username. You can delete your posts at any time; deleting a post does not delete the private image from your library.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential login cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Sharing with others

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with the providers that run the Service:

• Cloudflare — network and delivery (sees traffic like any host does).
• Resend — email delivery (receives your email address and the message content when we send you a password reset or account notice).
• A payment provider, when purchases are available (receives what it needs to process your order).
• Authorities, where required by law (e.g. reports of illegal content).

6. Retention & deletion

• We keep your data while your account is active.
• You can delete individual generations at any time — the image is removed from your library immediately, and its file is permanently removed from our storage within about 7 days (unless it's part of a post or template you kept live).
• Deleting your account removes your account data, sessions, generations, posts, comments, and likes.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data (hashed passwords, HTTPS, access controls, optional two-factor authentication). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We may update this policy and will ask you to review changes before continuing to use the Service.
